SDH s ponudbo mariborski občini za skupno reševanje MLM

Ljubljana/Maribor, 3. junija – SDH mariborski občini ali z njene strani določeni pravni osebi, ki je povezana z njo, ponuja nakup MLM za en evro. Ob tem je občini pripravljen zagotoviti tudi do pet milijonov evrov sredstev za nadaljnje delovanje družbe in dolgoročno reprogramirati vse obstoječe terjatve. SDH odgovor občine pričakuje do 10. junija in upa na čimprejšnje pogovore.

“Z željo, da v maksimalni meri prispevamo k preučitvi vseh možnosti za ohranitev nadaljnjega delovanja družbe MLM, ter glede na vsa pozitivna pričakovanja glede bodočih razvojnih možnosti in koristi družbe za lokalno okolje, ki so bila izražena na seji mestnega sveta Mestne občine Maribor, smo nemudoma pristopili k iskanju možnosti, v okviru katerih bi skupaj z občino lahko pristopili k ohranjanju delovanja družbe,” so v nezavezujoči ponudbi, ki so jo posredovali mariborskemu županu Saši Arsenoviču, zapisali v Slovenskem državnem holdingu (SDH).

SDH je MLM pripravljen občini ali z njene strani določeni pravni osebi (npr. Javnemu holdingu Maribor) pripravljen prodati za en evro. V primeru nakupa naj novi lastnik takoj imenuje nove člane nadzornega sveta, ki imenujejo novo vodstvo. MLM sicer zdaj še vodi Davor Šenija, ki pa je skupaj s članom uprave Samom Iršičem februarja odstopil s položaja. Štirimesečni odpovedni rok se jima izteče v četrtek.

SDH je ob tem novemu lastniku pripravljen dati dolgoročno (do 10 let) finančno posojilo v višini do pet milijonov evrov pod tržnimi pogoji. S tem bi lastnik takoj dobil sredstva, da na ustrezen način podpre nadaljnje delovanje MLM, navajajo v SDH, kjer so pripravljeni dogovoriti tudi nekajletno začetno obdobje, v katerem ne bi bilo treba odplačevati glavnice in obresti.

SDH je pripravljen tudi sočasno dolgoročno reprogramirati vse obstoječe terjatve do MLM in s tem zagotoviti solventnost, poudarjajo. Na tak način bo Mestna občina Maribor po prepričanju SDH lahko samostojno in po svoji presoji glede na za lokalno skupnost zaznane razvojne priložnosti podprla nadaljnje delovanje družbe MLM. “S tem bo občina lahko ohranila delovanje družbe, delovna mesta in pozitivne vplive na lokalno okolje, hkrati pa bo pridobila v posredno last tudi celotno zemljišče ob Dravi, na katerem trenutno deluje MLM. S tem bodo odpravljeni tudi vsi strahovi o tem, kaj naj bi se v bodoče s tem zemljiščem dogajalo,” še navajajo v SDH.

Odgovor občine oz. župana Arsenoviča v SDH pričakujejo do 10. junija. Če bo občina izkazala interes, si v SDH želijo čimprejšnjega sestanka za izvedbo predlaganega posla.

Na ministrstvu za gospodarstvo, turizem in šport bodo po besedah ministra Matjaža Hana podprli kakršnokoli rešitev, da bo MLM obstal in bodo imeli delavci priložnost ostati v Mariboru. Ob robu odprtja Slovenskega globalnega foruma v Mariboru je minister dejal, da zgodbo z MLM spremlja od prihoda na ministrstvo, vsak mesec pa mu je bilo rečeno, da bo šla družba v stečaj. “Mislim, da so zdajšnja uprava, predvsem pa zaposleni, naredili veliko stvar, da so dve leti obdržali podjetje nad vodo,” je ocenil Han.

Industrijo je po ministrovih besedah treba obdržati in ji dati zagon. “Seveda pa brez aktivnega lastnika, ki bo znal voditi podjetje, imel vizijo in ki bo vlagal v podjetje, ne bo šlo,” je še povedal Han.

SDH, ki je stoodstotni lastnik MLM in hkrati največji upnik, s ponudbo odgovarja na nezadovoljstvo mariborskih mestnih svetnikov, ki so na seji minuli četrtek ocenili, da je bil SDH pri reševanju MLM doslej premalo učinkovit, državo pa pozvali k reševanju družbe, katere usoda je že dlje časa negotova in odvisna od tega, ali bo SDH zanjo uspel najti kupca.

Država je sicer vse od leta 2013 v MLM izvajala aktivnosti finančne sanacije, leta 2015 ji je dodelila tudi 5,1 milijona evrov državne pomoči, a do poslovnega prestrukturiranja ni prišlo. Kot navajajo v SDH, MLM od leta 2017 posluje z izgubo, samo v zadnjih treh letih jo je ustvarila za več kot 10 milijonov evrov, prav tako družba po navedbah SDH ni dosegala poslovnih načrtov.

Ker bi MLM za nadaljnji razvoj in preživetje potreboval strateškega lastnika, je sprva Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank in kasneje še SDH izvedel več poskusov prodaje družbe, ki pa niso bili uspešni. Zadnji poskus prodaje se je neuspešno končal marca, ko je bil v igri en interesent, neuradno slovenska Metalka Commerce v lasti poslovneža Marjana Pišljarja. SDH je konec marca sprožil nov poskus prodaje, pridobil je eno ponudbo – neuradno jo je oddal indijski avtomobilski dobavitelj -, interesent pa zdaj opravlja skrbni pregled poslovanja.
