Ukrajina zavrača povezavo s sabotažo Severnega toka: »Dokazov o vpletenosti Kijeva ni«

Ukrajina zavrača povezavo s sabotažo Severnega toka

Ukrajinski pravosodni organi doslej niso našli dokazov, da bi bil Kijev vpleten v sabotažo plinovodov Severni tok v Baltskem morju, je sporočil ukrajinski generalni tožilec. Izjava prihaja v občutljivem trenutku, saj je nemško tožilstvo pred dnevi v obtožnici navedlo, da naj bi napad leta 2022 izvedli po ukazu ukrajinskih državnih oblasti.

V uradu ukrajinskega generalnega tožilca poudarjajo, da preiskave še potekajo in da Ukrajina sodeluje z nemškimi oblastmi. Dodali so, da je Kijev pripravljen pomagati pri razjasnitvi vseh dejstev v primeru, ki že skoraj štiri leta sproža politična ugibanja, diplomatske napetosti in vprašanja o varnosti evropske energetske infrastrukture.

Kijev vztraja, da sodeluje z nemško preiskavo

Iz urada ukrajinskega generalnega tožilca so sporočili, da ukrajinski preiskovalci doslej niso našli dokazov, ki bi potrjevali vpletenost ukrajinskih državnih organov v uničenje plinovodov Severni tok 1 in Severni tok 2.

Ob tem v Kijevu poudarjajo, da primer ni zaključen. Preiskave se nadaljujejo, Ukrajina pa naj bi po njihovih navedbah sodelovala z nemškimi organi in bila pripravljena prispevati k razjasnitvi okoliščin napada.

Takšno sporočilo je pomembno predvsem zaradi navedb nemškega tožilstva, ki je v obtožnici proti nekdanjemu ukrajinskemu vojaku zapisalo, da naj bi dejanja potekala po ukazu državnih oblasti v Ukrajini. Kijev te navedbe zavrača in poudarja, da za takšne trditve sam ni našel dokazne podlage.

Obtožnica proti nekdanjemu ukrajinskemu vojaku

V Nemčiji se medtem pripravljajo na sojenje nekdanjemu ukrajinskemu vojaku Sergiju K., ki je obtožen sodelovanja pri koordinaciji sabotaže plinovodov. Ti so pred vojno predstavljali eno ključnih poti za dobavo ruskega zemeljskega plina v Nemčijo in širšo Evropsko unijo.

Nemško tožilstvo mu očita, da je skupaj z drugimi osebami sodeloval pri načrtovanju in izvedbi napada. Po navedbah tožilstva naj bi skupina po začetku ruske invazije na Ukrajino pripravila načrt za uničenje plinovodov, s čimer bi Rusiji otežila pridobivanje prihodkov od prodaje plina evropskim kupcem.

Osumljeni naj bi zbral skupino profesionalnih potapljačev, skiperja in strokovnjaka za eksplozive. Skupina naj bi v nemškem pristanišču Rostock s ponarejenimi dokumenti najela jahto, z njo prepeljala eksploziv vojaške kakovosti ter ga skupaj s časovnimi detonatorji namestila na plinovod. Eksplozije naj bi sledile štiri dni pozneje.

Nemško tožilstvo v obtožnici navaja, da je šlo za dobro organizirano operacijo. Ukrajinska stran pa ob tem vztraja, da preiskovalni organi v Kijevu niso našli dokazov, ki bi potrjevali ukaz ali vpletenost ukrajinskega državnega vrha.

Sabotaža, ki še vedno obremenjuje evropsko politiko

Eksplozije na Severnem toku so se zgodile leta 2022, v času, ko je Evropa že čutila posledice ruske invazije na Ukrajino in hitro naraščajoče energetske negotovosti. Poškodovani so bili plinovodi v Baltskem morju, dogodek pa je takoj sprožil številna vprašanja o tem, kdo bi imel motiv in zmogljivosti za takšen napad.


Zaradi geopolitičnega ozadja so se v javnosti in politiki hitro pojavile različne obtožbe. Rusija je za sabotažo obtoževala zahodne države, medtem ko so zahodni preiskovalci postopoma sledili drugim sledem. Nemška preiskava je zdaj privedla do obtožnice proti ukrajinskemu državljanu, vendar se s tem razprava o odgovornosti še ni končala.

Primer je posebej občutljiv tudi zato, ker Nemčija ostaja ena najpomembnejših evropskih podpornic Ukrajine. Morebitne ugotovitve sodišča bi zato lahko imele širše politične posledice, zlasti če bi se v sodnem postopku dodatno odpiralo vprašanje morebitne povezave z ukrajinskimi oblastmi.

Za zdaj ukrajinska stran takšne povezave zavrača. Nemško sodstvo pa bo moralo v postopku dokazati, ali so očitki proti obtoženemu utemeljeni in kakšno vlogo so pri sabotaži dejansko imele osebe, ki jih preiskovalci povezujejo z napadom.
